Christof Van Der Berg - Stories En Sterre

About Christof Van Der Berg - Stories En Sterre

Following a highly successful series of concerts in Pretoria and Bloemfontein, Christof van der Berg returns to the Western Cape with his rich, deep voice and golden grand piano in his latest production, Stories en Sterre (Stories and Stars). From 17 October to 5 December, Christof takes audiences on an enchanting journey of wonder. Stories en Sterre intertwine in a nostalgic tale that begins beneath the starry skies of Witkraal, where a father and son lie gazing at the endless heavens. The child asks the profound question: “Is there a land beyond the stars, Dad?” “There must be,” his father replies. On that moonlit night, the legend of Witkraal’s lion and its hidden gold is revealed to him. He learns that Witkraal’s gold can only be found by searching far, far beyond its borders. The quest for this mythical gold takes him across continents, where eccentric characters enrich his life. The stars are filled with stories, yet the breath of the Free State’s last wild lion still guards Witkraal’s hidden gold. How long it will take to find that gold is for you to decide … Stories en Sterre is a musical tale filled with wonders, inviting each of us to reflect anew on the beauty of life. The performance runs for 60 minutes. Booking / Ticket Links: https://www.christofvanderberg.com/contact * ALL DATES & LOCATIONS OF TOUR BELOW * ·       30 Oktober 2026, 19.00.
